Our hotel block is now open. The Conference venue is the JW Marriott; rooms are also available at the Ritz-Carlton, which is part of the Grande Lakes complex.

Important Notes

•  SIFMA's discounted rates are guaranteed through April 11 and April 21 for the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, respectively, but subject to availability.

What is the cancelation and refund policy?

Any cancelations received by April 21, 2025 will receive a refund minus a $200 processing fee. Requests must be submitted by the stated cancelation deadline via email to SIFMA Conferences.

 

No refunds will be granted for requests received on or after April 21, 2025. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Conference substitutions are welcome. Please contact us to arrange.

Is there a guest policy?

Companions are welcome to attend as guests of a registrant. Fees are $550 per guest and include access to our networking receptions. Guests are not eligible to attend program sessions. Subject to approval; please contact us to arrange.

What is the code of conduct?

Inappropriate behavior at SIFMA events is not tolerated. View our Code of Conduct and anonymous incident report form.

What health and safety precautions do you take?

We closely follow guidelines from the CDC as well as state and local officials.
