History of SII
Every year, for over 50 years, Securities Industry Institute® (SII) students benefit from a top-notch educational experience and interaction with world-renowned Wharton School professors and industry leaders. Not only do students gain exposure to innovative business thinking but they also get an opportunity to hone their specific career related skills through small classroom style educational courses that will enhance their skill set and performance.
The Securities Industry Institute (SII) was founded in 1953 as an Executive Education program that provides a broad overview of the financial services industry, while providing exposure to leading strategies and key developments in all areas of the industry. Students attend this intensive week-long program each March over a period of three (3) consecutive years. All classes take place on the Wharton campus.
