You must be sure to advise reservations that you are booking a room under the following group code: SIFM. If you fail to give this code, you will not receive the group room rate.

Rates are subject to N.Y. City and State sales tax and $3.50 per night city occupancy tax at the time of check-in.
Note: An early check out fee of $100 will be applied to any guest who checks out of the hotel before their stated departure date. Guests will have the opportunity to change their departure date at check-in without being assessed the $100 fee. Any changes in departure after that date will result in the $100 early check out fee being charged.
Request for reservations at the special SIFMA group rate must be received on or before May 21, 2010. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid (1) night room and tax charge to your credit card.
