New Features for 2010

SIFMA will introduce new opportunities to further enhance your exposure as an exhibitor.  The following new Exhibit Hall features promise to draw even more interest to the Exhibit Hall.

  • More face-to-face networking time with attendees - Thursday's Continental Breakfast and Refreshment Break will be held in the Exhibit Hall.
  • SIFMA's OPS Theater to host several dynamic presentations by leading industry speakers.
  • Door prize drawings to be raffled off during various exhibit sessions.
  • The SIFMA Vendor Passport Game will be launched to add incentive to visit numerous vendors.

 

About The Conference & Target Audience

For 37 years, SIFMA’s Operations Conference & Exhibit has gathered together senior operations professionals from across the financial industry.  Conference attendees and participants include representatives from broker/dealers including regional and primary dealers, interdealer brokers, banks, financial service vendors, exchanges, regulators, transfer agents, clearance firms, and now an ever increasing presence from the buy-side.  32% Senior Vice President/Managing Director; 51% Vice President/Director.

Exhibit Hall Hours 

There will be no competing meetings scheduled when the Exhibit Hall is open. Although subject to modification, the Exhibit Hall will be open as follows and all events listed will take place in the Hall. 

While the hours listed below are times when the Exhibit Hall is officially open, exhibitors will have access to the Hall at all times and may use any other periods they wish to meet with clients or prospective customers.  For security purposes, SIFMA will request that if any meetings are scheduled, the exhibitor notifies SIFMA prior to the meeting in order to have a guest pass made available for your clients.

Complimentary Conference Registration
In an effort to enhance your networking opportunities, SIFMA is pleased to announce that it will offer one complimentary conference registration, per exhibit booth rented, to all participating exhibitors.  Please note that the complimentary registrations are for Exhibitor Personnel and are non-transferable. Should your team require additional registrations, they may register for the conference directly on-line.


Exhibitor Booth Personnel
Five exhibitor badges, per booth rented, will be provided as part of you exhibitor package.  Any additional badges will incur a fee of $50 (per badge) charge.  These badges will give your company representatives access to the Exhibit Hall on a 24-hour basis, but not to any of the Conference Sessions.

 
Exhibit Fee
Exhibit Space is $4,500 per 8’x10’ booth (80 sq. feet).

 

 

The SIFMA Operations Conference Exhibitor Package offers maximum value with:
