CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration is now closed. Onsite Registration will be available at the door at the following rates:

  • Member $995
  • Non member $1,295
  • Regulator $495

The fee includes full program, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. All sessions are subject to change.

 

Note:  No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 20, 2008. All cancellation requests are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations prior to refund cutoff date, must be in writing. Conference Registration Substitutions are welcomed. Simply email   with the following substitution information: Original Registrant's Name, Substitute's Full Name, Mailing Address (if different than original participant) Title, Phone, Fax and email. Once received the substitution will be processed
